An Additional Session Court (ASC) on Saturday sought a report about the permission to Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf to go abroad despite of his non-bail able warrants in Ghazi Abdul Rashid case.

Additional Session Judge Pervaiz Qadir Memon heard the case of Ghazi Abdul Rasheed murder case and also summoned the SHO Abpara Police station in person on the next date of hearing.

During the course of proceeding, the court expressed displeasure over the permission given to Pervaiz Musharraf to travel for medical treatment as the court already had issued his non-bailable arrest warrants.

After hearing the arguments the court sought reply from the Ministry of Interior and Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad and also directed SHO Abpara Police Station to appear in the court on next hearing on April 14.
