Govt will not spare killers of innocent citizens, Shehbaz vows

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan visited Jinnah Hospital on Monday and enquired about health of the injured from the Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park blast. They went to different wards and supervised the medical facilities being provided to the injured. The prime minister, chief minister and interior minister went to every injured, inquired about their well being and sought details of the tragic incident.

The prime minister directed the hospital administration to provide best treatment facilities to the injured and ensure proper medical care to them.

The chief minister termed the Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park tragedy as the worst kind of terrorism that should be strongly condemned. He said that every Pakistani is grieved at the tragic incident and stands in solidarity with the bereaved families, adding that those who have killed innocent people including children and women will not be spared.

“Terrorism will be eliminated from the country. I will sacrifice even the last drop of my blood for the eradication of terrorism and the elements playing with human lives will not be spared,” he said. The chief minister said that the facilitators involved in Gulshan Iqbal Park blast will soon be brought to justice.

PM chairs meeting on law and order:

Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Ch. Nisar Ali Khan attended an important meeting presided over by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at Model Town. The meeting reviewed various matters related to the Gulshan Iqbal Park bombing and the overall law and order situation of the country.
