Two arrested with huge cache of weapons in Peshawar

Police arrested two culprits besides recovering a huge cache of weapons during a crackdown on Saturday.

The police on a tip-off raided a house in the suburb of Peshawar. The cache of arms included 45 pistols, 11 guns, five Kalashnikovs and more than four thousand rounds of different bores.

The police took the recovered arms into custody and after registering a case against the detainees started investigation.

  1. But a bigger catche of sophiscated arms and ammunition was dug-out by Rangers from a secret part of the house of a Sector-Incharge of of an ethnic party in Karachi. From Peshawar to Karachi, it is all arms and ammunition and for a common purpose. Not a matter of concern for the authorities ?
