People gathered on Saturday to remember Asad Shah, a British Ahmedi shopkeeper killed in what the police have described as a “religiously prejudiced” attack.
The 40 year old died after being found with serious injuries outside his shop in the Scottish city of Glasgow on Thursday evening. He was originally from Pakistan.
A 32 year old Muslim suspect has been taken into custody.
A spokesperson said: “A full investigation is underway to establish the full circumstances surrounding the death which is being treated as religiously prejudiced.”
