Three robbers among 15 outlaws arrested in capital raids

 

 

Islamabad Police on Thursday arrested 15 outlaws including three dacoits and recovered cash, narcotics, wine and weapons from their possession.

A police spokesman said that on a tip off, Ramana police team including SHO Inspector Arshad Ali Abbro, ASI Muhammad Iqbal, Head Constable Kamran and Shahid Latif raided the green belt at sector G-11/1 and nabbed the dacoits.

The nabbed were identified as Aslam, Tariq, Ashraf and police recovered two 30 bore pistols, ammunition, cash, mobile phones, lap top and other items from their possession.

Police have obtained physical remand of these nabbed who confessed during the preliminary investigation to have stricken various places near Aabpara and Ramana police stations.

Meanwhile, CIA police recovered two stolen batteries and other valuables from accused Abdul Ghafar and Ansar Gul.

Bani Gala police nabbed Farhan for decanting gas in cylinders. Karachi company police arrested Raees and Sherzada for selling petroleum products illegally while a 30 bore pistol was recovered from an accused Gulrez.

Tarnol police nabbed Zahid and Mehrban Khan for having 300 gram heroin and 18 liter wine. Nilore police nabbed Shams Alam, Zeeshan Satti and Azrar for decanting gas in cylinders while 12 bore gun was recovered from Adeel Abbassi.
