Shahid Afridi denies retirement rumours

While media is abuzz with stories that Pakistan skipper Shahid Afridi is playing his last international career match against Australia in Mohali, Boom Boom has categorically stated that he has not taken any decision on his retirement.

After losing toss to Australia in crucial T20 game, Afridi said that he will take any such decision in front of his nation, when asked if it was his last international match.

Earlier responding to a query after India New Zealand match, Afridi had said that he might be playing his last international match on March 25 -against Australia. Pakistan played Bangladesh on March 16 in the first of its Super 10 match.

On March 19, Green Shirts faced off arch rival India at Kolkata’s Eden Garden stadium. It played against New Zealand on March 22. Pakistan could manage to win only won game against Bangladesh.
