Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has reiterated the commitment of his party to the cause and mission pledged by the founders of the country 76 years ago on this day and extended greetings to the nation on the occasion of Pakistan Republic Day.
“The shoulders of the PPP carry the responsibility to transform the country into Jinnah’s Pakistan in its true sense. Our leadership and workers sacrificed their lives, blood, and sweat for the mission of the country’s founding fathers for an egalitarian Pakistan and a role-model Muslim nation of the world,” Bilawal said in his message on Pakistan Day.
The PPP chief said that extremism and terrorism had no place in Pakistan nor had the country any room for dictatorships, which bred both the menaces and attempted to drag the country away from its very ideology of a welfare state.
Bilawal called upon the people of Pakistan to unite regardless of the differences of any caste, creed, sect, ethnicity and religion and struggle for goals set by the founder of the nation Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.
Unbecoming of a PPP leader, he remembered Qaid-e-Azam too ?
