District Bar Association (DBA) Islamabad has decided to issue bio-metric security cards to the lawyers.
The lawyers holding these cards will be allowed to enter into district courts without being subjected to any search and scrutiny.
Chaudhry Khalid Hussain spokesman DBA Islamabad said that decision has been taken to issue bio metric security cards to 4200 lawyers including 700 women lawyers in collaboration with bar and judiciary. All the lawyers have been directed to file their particulars in Shuhada Hall till March 26.
The lawyers’ community has welcomed the move.
