President Mamnoon Hussain met with the troops at Wana in South Waziristan on Monday.
On the occasion, he was given briefing on the situation in tribal areas.
He was accompanied by Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Iqbal Zafar Jhagra and other senior military and civil officials. The president will also visit cadet college Wana.
