25 non-formal schools for kiln workers’ children set up

As many as 25 non-formal schools have been set up for the children of kiln workers in the district.

This was stated by District Literacy Officer Farrukh Ejaz Malik while he was talking to APP. He said that 5 teams had been constituted on the directions of CM Punjab to provide education to the children of kiln workers.

On the recommendation of these committees, 25 schools have been set up and 450 children were enrolled so far, he added. He said with the cooperation of district administration the plan to educate these children would get remarkable results in the district.
