Muhammad Shabbir along with his children was passing a railway crossing without gates when a train from Lahore to Multan hit the car killing the father and daughter on Friday.
Muhammad Shabbir was travelling to a local village to attend a feast with his children when the incident took place.
The man, Shabbir, died on the spot while his children Minahil and Nauman received injuries and were immediately transferred to Mian Chanu hospital by the locals.
6 -year-old Minahil succumbed to her injuries while 5-year-old Nauman has been referred to Nishtar Hospital Multan due to critical condition.
