A couple was killed over karo-kari near on Thursday.
According to details, eight armed men opened firing on a car and gunned down one Farzana and her husband Umaid Ali Mastoi in the limits of New Jatoi police station. The armed men also kidnapped their eight years old daughter Dilkash. The bodies were shifted to a local hospital where lady doctor was absent from her duty. Later, other doctors were summoned for autopsy of the slain woman. Relatives of the slain couple protested over the absence of lady doctor and regretted that people suffered due to ghost doctors in government hospitals of the area. A case of double murder was field and further probe was started.
