A former assistant sub-inspector (ASI) gunned down three people and wounded another over a domestic feud on Wednesday.
According to police, the incident took place in the Hadyara area where former ASI Nawaz opened fire at his in-laws, killing his father-in-law Safdar and brother-in-law Nauman on the spot. The shooting wounded two more named Shahbaz and Naeem who were immediately shifted to a hospital.
Naeem, however, succumbed to the deadly wounds, while Shahbaz is still under treatment at the hospital.
