The Rawalpindi District Health Department sacked two polio workers after they showed poor performances during the ongoing anti-polio campaign on Wednesday.
Salaar and Umair were suspended after a health team from Lahore and UNICEF representatives, Atia Qazi and Bushra Ajmal, raised objection against them for their questionable performance while administering polio drops to children in the Dhok Matkal locality of Rawalpindi.
