A man gunned down his wife for honour on Tuesday and fled the scene after committing the crime.
Police said the accused, who was suspicious about character of his wife, exchanged hot words and then opened fire at her. She breathed her last on the spot in Thaharo Shah area of Nowshero Feroz. The murderer managed to escape after committing the crime and the body was shifted to a local hospital for postmortem. The police after registering a case against the culprit started raids for his arrest.
