The federal government has released Rs.13 billion during the current fiscal year for repatriation of temporarily displaced persons (TDPs) of FATA.
According to sources at the Ministry of States and Frontier Regions has so far sent back 285,400 displaced families to their native towns in FATA.
The sources said an amount of Rs.35,000 is being provided to each family. The process will be completed by November this year.
