Five injured as elevator of marriage hall collapses in Gujranwala

At least five people were injured when elevator of a wedding hall broke due to overloading on Saturday.

Rescue sources said that elevator of the marriage hall situated in Peoples Colony of Gujranwala broke after more people aboard it then the number it could carry.

Five people were injured in the incident when the elevator fell flat on the ground. They were rushed to hospital where condition of one of the injured was stated to be serious.
