Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari invited three members of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at Zardari House in Islamabad.
The delegation was led by Vijay Jolly, a member of the BJP’s national executive committee and ex-convener of the party’s foreign cell, accompanied by Vijay Mehta and Lubna Asif. The members arrived in Islamabad to attend a two-day workshop on human trafficking.
The International Conference of Asian Political Parties is organising the event.
During the meeting, Bilawal called for increasing cooperation between India-Pakistan. Former prime minister Raja Pervez Ashraf, Senator Farhatullah Babar and Political Secretary to PPP Chairman Jamil Soomro were also present.
