The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed a review petition challenging a verdict of the apex court regarding poll results of NA-108 constituency.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali took up the case filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s winning candidate Ejaz Chaudhry, who was later declared ineligible in a fake degree case by the apex court.
The SC had declared Chaudhry ineligible on a petition filed by PML-N candidate and runner-up Mumtaz Tarar, who is currently retaining the seat.
