Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar on Wednesday ordered to set up a committee tasked to investigate the claims of IG Balochistan that Shahbaz Taseer’s recovery was brought about with the help of an operation.
According to a spokesman of Interior Ministry, the committee has been directed to submit its report in two days.
The two-member committee comprises Additional Secretary Interior and DG NCMC.
“We should inculcate a habit of telling the truth to the nation,” the spokesman quoted Chaudhry Nisar as saying.
He said the events relating to Shahbaz Taseer’s recovery contradicted the IG Balochistan’s claims.
