Terming the allegations by former Karachi mayor Mustafa Kamal of serious nature, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has demanded the constitution of a judicial commission to probe the allegations forthwith.

PTI Secretary Information Naeemul Haq on Friday demanded the government to form a judicial commission comprising retired judges of Supreme Court to investigate the allegations leveled by Mustafa Kamal against Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chairman Altaf Hussain and PPP Senator Rehman Malik.

He said that the allegations of alleged links between PPP and MQM with Indian secret agency RAW is of serious nature, adding that they have been hearing such allegations for the last 30 years and it was now time to investigate the charges to ascertain the truth.

  1. Like the Non-balaible arrest warrants, the Judicial Inquries are also becoming a matter of routine. In the Baldia Factory Fire one was made and it's report was rejected (being unreliable), so another was formed and we don't know what happened to it either. The Judiciary has to be serious about it.
