Non-regularisation of service and nonpayment of salaries to the contract employees of Cardiac Centre PIMS Islamabad is causing unrest among them.
According to reports, at least 30 doctors, including the head of PIMS Cardiac Centre and paramedical staff who were appointed on contract basis 10 years back have not been regularised so far and the payment of salaries has also been suspended.
Sources said that Ministry of CADD has sent a summary to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for regularisation of doctors but no action has been taken so far.
