Tree Plantation Campaign by Pakistan Air Force, for the Spring season 2016, was launched at Air Headquarters, Islamabad.
Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman chief of the air staff, PAF inaugurated the campaign by planting a sapling. The ceremony was attended by principal staff officers, airmen and civilians of PAF.
The spring plantation campaign is carried out at all PAF air bases every year, contributing to a pollution free environment. The tree plantation campaign for the year 2016 at all PAF Air Bases and installations was started on Wednesday.
