Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that unavailability of adequate number of armed forces is the reason to delay the census.
In a policy statement on the issue of census in Sindh Assembly on Tuesday, he said that the issue will again be taken in the meeting of Council of Common Interests.
Syed Qaim Ali Shah said Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were not ready for census and wanted the issue of illegal immigrants in their provinces be resolved before census.
