Mumtaz Qadri’s hanging: Private educational institutions closed in Islamabad over security threats

All private educational institutes Tuesday were closed in the federal capital due to security threats feared in the backdrop of Mumtaz Qadri’s hanging on Monday.

According to local media, educational institutions like COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Fauji Foundation colleges and National University of Sciences and  Technology (NUST) remained closed.

Tuesday’s examinations scheduled have been cancelled and the new dates will be announced soon.
