Balochistan Home Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti on Monday narrowly escaped a militant attack while he was heading to Dera Bugti from Sui.
According to the Levies, unidentified armed men ambushed Bugti’s convoy but he and his aides remained unhurt. The assailants fled when Bugti’s guards put up a stiff resistance.
This is the second attack on the provincial home minister. Earlier, his convoy was attacked with a hand grenade but he had remained safe.
