Reports have come to the light that more than 50 employees, including doctors, of Islamabad Polyclinic are holding fake degrees.

Sources said the hospital management deliberately did not send these degrees to the CADD Ministry for verification.

Source said the CADD Division had issued directives to its subordinate departments in September 2015 asking them to send the degrees and educational certificates of their employees for verification.

According to media reports, several doctors are working on key posts in the hospital on fake degrees. Polyclinic management has shelved this matter deliberately despite having information about fake degree holders. The administration has not sent the degrees of several doctors and other staffers to the ministry for verification.

Polyclinic Spokesman and Assistant Director Dr Murtaza Solangi said that degrees of all the doctors and staffers had been sent to the CADD Division, but verification report about these degrees had not yet been received.
