7 booked for hurling life threats

Seven persons have been booked for allegedly hurling life threats at a government servant within the Secretariat police jurisdiction.

Mohammad Yameen, a worker in the Fisheries Department, lodged a complaint with Waheed, Gulfarm and their five accomplices that they hurled life threats at a team of their department when they were stopped from illegal fishing in Rawal Dam.

According to complaint, the accused were fishing in violation of law. The police have registered cases and started investigations.
