Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Wednesday arrested one more official of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Enforcement Wing after his interim bail plea was rejected in Kachi Abadi case.
Special Judge Central Islamabad heard the plea filed by the CDA’s Sub-Inspector Mukhtiar Ahmed seeking a pre arrest bail.
The FIA official appealed the court to reject the interim bail plea of the accused as he was allegedly involved in facilitating the expansion of Kachi Abadi in the federal capital and he has been a proclaimed offender so far.
The FIA has arrested a total of 30 officials of CDA in Kachi Abadi case and six others were still on interim bail.
