Punjab Minister for Law Rana Sanaullah Khan has said the Punjab government is spending billions of rupees on various uplift and development schemes in the province.
In a meeting with local bodies representatives of PP-70 including Dr Muhammad Ilyas,Sultan Awan, Arshad Siddiqui, Mian Suhail and others, the minister said that huge funds were being spent on installation of LED street lights in different areas in PP-70,and on the main roads.
He said that hefty funds had been spent for the provision of basic amenities to people at their doorsteps in his constituency under the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Shebaz Sharif.
The minister said the government would provide all-out assistance to local government representatives to enable them address problems of people.
