A death convict has been hanged in Central Jail Faisalabad.
Death row prisoner Ghafoor Masih had hacked to death his wife Nasreen and aunt Shabnam on December, 25, 2007 over a domestic feud.
Additional Sessions Judge Nadim Gulzar had awarded death sentence to him on November 22, 2008
Sessions Judge Faisalabad Abid Hussain Qureshi had fixed February 9 for implementation of his execution order following the rejection of mercy appeal of Ghafoor Masih by the president of Pakistan.
The body was handed over to legal heirs after completing medico-legal formalities.
