The Attock District Police Officer (DPO) on Sunday suspended three police officers, including check post incharge and sub-inspector, for negligence in duty in connection with the killing of former Punjab Home Minister Shuja Khanzada in a suicide attack at his outhouse.
After a long departmental inquiry into the Shuja Khanzada killing case, the police officials admitted that there was negligence of police officers when Shuja Khanzada was killed in a suicide attack on his political office in Shadi Khan village, Attock, along with 16 others on August 16, 2015.
