Four shops were gutted when a cylinder exploded in Green Town here on Friday.
Rescue officials said a fire erupted when a cylinder exploded in a shop at Waris Chowk which also engulfed three more shops of cylinders.
The volunteer of Rescue 1122 and vehicles of fire brigade reached the spot and extinguished the fire.
However, no loss of life was reported while cause behind the incident could not be ascertained yet.
