Shujaat condemns govt ban on Tableeghi Jamaats

PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has strongly condemned the ban imposed by the government on Tableeghi Jamaats’ entry into educational institutions.

In a statement issued here on Monday, Shujat said that Tableeghi Jamaats are free from sectarianism, they teach lesson of peace stopping from terrorism and there is nothing controversial in them.

He said that Tableeghi Jamaats are working for promoting Islamic teachings in educational institutions throughout the world and there is no ban on these even in Russia but here vulgarity was being promoted by stopping them.

The PML-Q president said Tableeghi Jamaats right from its being start gave message of “Ittehad-e-Wahdat“. The Muslims all over the world have observed that Raiwind congregation has brought pleasant revolution in the life of millions of human beings, he added.

Shujat termed the ban as agenda of non-Muslim forces who want to implement this un-Islamic agenda for many years and warned that we will not allow them to succeed in this objective.
