DIG Operations Dr Haider Ashraf Sunday stated that in light of the required security measures, police will provide complete security to both private and government schools. He also stated that search operations will be conducted at night in surrounding areas of schools.
According to DIG operations, search operations will be conducted in suspicion of any possible terrorism attempt during which identification documents of the citizens will be checked.
He stated that the designated Superintendents of Police (SP) of the division will monitor the fool proof security measures.
He also informed that in case of any emergency situation, citizens are advised to inform on help line number 8330.
