A high-profile conference on “Potentials of Islamic Banking” will be held today (Monday) during which presidents of top 20 banks of Pakistan in addition to other stakeholders will participate.
Former State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) governor and Director and Dean of Institute of Business Administration Dr Ishrat Hussain will be the keynote speaker at the conference. The SBP governor and SECP chairman will also address the conference.
Awards will also be conferred on banks and finance companies that have served the cause of Islamic banking and finance in Pakistan.
