Foreign Ex- MNA Sahabzada Haroon Rasheed on Thursday while condemning FIA for registering case against him announced that he will file defamation case against the agency in Islamabad High Court.
While addressing press conference at Markaz Islami on Thursday he said FIA has alleged him for attestation of ID card of a person who is living for decades in Letai areas of Bajaur Agency and political agent Bajaur agency had issued certificate declaring him a valid Pakistani citizen.
He said that it is political victimization as governor KP is not happy with the movement he is part of against Frontier’s Crime Regulations. He said that FIA had no jurisdiction in Bajaur agency therefore he would consul his lawyers to file defamation against the agency in IHC.
