A youth was killed and five others were wounded in different road mishaps in the metropolis on Tuesday.
According to rescuers, an unidentified youth was killed when a speeding vehicle hit him near Razzaqabad Police Training Centre. The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for autopsy.
Separately, five people, including four women, were injured when a speeding van overturned in Defence area. The wounded were shifted to JPMC for treatment. They were identified as Zahida, 38, Zahid, 45, Shamim, 24, Hafeeza, 22, and Yasmin, 28.
