The Supreme Court has ordered re-election to the PS-23 constituency of Naushero Feroze.
Masroor Ahmad Jatoi had earlier been declared successful on the seat.
However, his election was challenged by PPP leader Feroz Jamali who adopted the stance that NADRA had declared most of the votes cast in the constituency as fake. In another case, the apex court dismissed disqualification petition against PML-N leader Daniyal Aziz. The hearing og the case was conducted by a three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali.
