The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested former Executive Director of OGDCL and key accused of Sanjuro Oil Field scandal, Basharat Mirza here on Monday after cancellation of his bail before arrest.
Director FIA Inam Mirza said that nabbed accused Basharat Mirza had awarded the contract of Flow Lines project at the Sanjuro Oil Field for Rs951 million against the estimated cost of Rs270 million.
FIA will produce the detainee in the court on Tuesday to obtain his physical remand.
