Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer Hussain has called upon the neighbouring countries to play their role for eradication of terrorism in the region.
In an interview on Sunday, he said development and prosperity are linked with peace. He said operation Zarb-e-Azb had been launched with national consensus.
He said Pakistan is the most affected country by extremism and terrorism. To a question, the minister said operation against miscreants is being taken without discrimination as per National Action Plan (NAP). He said steps are also being taken to secure vulnerable points at border with Afghanistan.
