Siraj sees Indian hand behind Charsadda terror attack

Jamaat-e-Islami chief Senator Sirajul Haq on Thursday visited Charsadda District Hospital to inquire about the health of the injured.

Talking to media persons, he said that Indian hand was behind the incident.

“Had the National Action Plan been followed, this attack would not have taken place,” he said.

The JI chief regretted inadequate security arrangements at terror-hit Bacha Khan University.

During his visit to the university, Sirajul Haq said that security measures were not enough while 600 people were invited to attend a poetry competition at the university.

He said the rulers should consider this attack as an attack on Islamabad. Nefarious elements were at war with the Islamic world, he added.

Senator Sera said that further steps were required to save Pakistan from terrorism. He urged all the political leaders to come together against this menace.

He lauded the courage of the university students who were committed to eradicate the menace of terrorism from the country.
