Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) on Thursday challenged sealing of its office at Sector G-6/4 by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) in the Supreme Court (SC).
PPP leader Latif Khosa filed a plea in the SC pleading that the office was only for political purpose. He said that the CDA had lodged a case against the party for not vacating its office.
It may be added, on the SC directives the CDA has launched a campaign against non-conforming use of residential houses as according to the CDA ordinance 1960 and building and zoning regulations, residential houses cannot be used for any other purpose.
