Robbers strike at a house

 

Four robbers have struck at a house and looted cash, gold ornaments and other valuables within Banni police jurisdiction.

Raheela Sajjad, a resident of Saidpur Scheme 2, lodged a complaint with the local police that she had returned to her house after shopping with her daughter Rabia when four armed men came on motorcycle, held them hostage at gunpoint and made off with Rs50,000 in cash, two bangles, two bracelets, two gold rings, five tops, three ATM cards, and other valuables worth over Rs0.1 million.

Mohammad Saeed Khan, a resident of Westraige, lodged a complaint with the local police one armed man intercepted him and allegedly snatched his car YS-242 at gunpoint when he was at the market for shopping with his family.

The police have registered cases and started investigations.
