Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif along with a high level delegation on Tuesday will leave for the Islamic Republic of Iran after spending a busy day yesterday exchanging views on regional and international issues.
According to detail, PM and COAS will meet Iranian President Hassan Rauhani to resolve tensions between Saudi Arabia and Iran which have erupted after the execution of Saudi scholar Nimr al-Nimr.
Earlier yesterday, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Saudi King Salman have spoke on the need for strengthening bilateral ties.
The prime minister said that both countries should resolve their differences in a peaceful way and in interest of the Muslim Ummah.
