Bullet-riddled bodies of four persons on Tuesday were found lying under a bridge in Regi Safed Sang area.
According to police, the local people spotted the bodies and informed the police. Besides bullet wounds, there were torture marks on the bodies. The bodies were shifted to a hospital for medico-legal formalities. Identity of the deceased could not be ascertained.
Meanwhile, the police along with other security forces conducted a search operation in Khyber Super Market Cantonment area and arrested 42 suspects with arms.
