Punjab Governor Malik Rafique Rajwana took hours to arrive at SOS Institute in Multan while the kids kept standing waiting for him in extreme cold, carrying the welcome cards.
Governor arrived at the institute for the orphan kids hours late with a protocol of 27 cars.
He arrived at the SOS Technology Institute today hours late along with his 27-car protocol.
While the governor was late for the event, the administration kept the orphan kids standing at the gate for the guest with welcome cards in their hands.
To add insult to the injury, the Punjab governor came to SOS village and left after attending the ceremony without even announcing a grant for the orphan kids there.
In fact, Governor, has himself insulted his own August office by portraying such a callous and irresponsible behaviour with the orphan kids.
They all, including Kaaptan, are talking to do away with VIP protocol ! What if the President of the country would have visited ? What a contrast between what they preach and practice. Not Munafqat ???
