Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan and his beautiful wife Sadaf stunned audiences as they dressed to impress at the prestigious Filmfare awards. While fourth time nominee Atif Aslam missed out on the award.
The glamorous awards night saw stars put their best sartorial foot forward and among them our favourite couple Fawad and Sadaf were one to watch out for.
Fawad looked debonair in a tux and his wife looked just as charming in a magenta sari. The Khoobsurat actor is making full use of his new Instagram account as he uploaded their picture before heading to the awards with caption #onourwayto#BritanniaFilmfareAwards.
Unfortunately, Atif Aslam did not take home the coveted award — the Pakistani singer lost to Arjit Singh for Sooraj Dooba Hai from Roy — but Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and the Bajirao Mastani team rejoiced as they swept away majority of the awards.
Deepika won the award for Best Actor (Female) in Piku.
While her beau won the Best Actor (Male) award for Bajirao Mastani.
The duo’s latest film release Bajirao Mastani won the Best Film award, along with Best Director – Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Best Supporting Actor (Female) – Priyanka Chopra, Best Choreography, Best Action, Best Art Direction, Best Costume Design, Best Playback Singer (Female).
