A traffic warden was killed in a traffic accident within the Secretariat police jurisdiction.
ASI Allah Ditta, lodged a complaint with the local police that sub- inspector Mohammad Shafeeh was performing his duties when a speeding car (LXZ-6411) driven by Qasim Zeb hit him on Faizabad road injuring him fatally.
He was rushed to local hospital, where the doctor pronounced him dead on arrival.
The victims’ funeral was offered at Police Lines Headquaters, while body was handed over to victims’ family after the medico-legal formalities.
The police have arrested the driver Qasim Zeb and started investigations.
