The Pakistani flag is a green field with a white crescent moon and five-rayed star at its centre, and a vertical white strip at the hoist side. The government should take action against the people who are printing it in different colours and selling it in the market. Pakistan flag’s colour is dark green. But light green and even red and blue colours are also available in the market.
Pakistan Zindabad, Jashan-e-Azaadi Mubarak and pictures of Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Iqbal are also printed on the flag. Nothing should be written on the flag. One can argue that all these slogans and pictures are printed on the national flag as a mark of celebration and remembering those who fought for Pakistan, but the sanctity of the flag should never be compromised.
I would suggest that the government should ensure the printing of the flag in its true and right colour scheme and measurement. After 14th August, the flag is lying on the roads and streets and no one cares about it. We as a nation should respect our flag.
